Working with her has been great. She's very open about ideas and making them work! Her cakes are not only beautiful but they taste delicious and fresh. And her party planning is amazing as well. She's very detail orientated and specific when it comes to the decorations. I trust her every decision because she makes a simple idea into an extraordinary party. I will always order from her, she's very skilled in any kind of cake. Wedding, birthday, anniversary, etc. her decorations and cakes are on point. I look forward to having her be not only my wedding planner but to also do my wedding cake.

Erika is an extraordinarily gifted person. She has the ability to take a simple idea that you may have and make it into something original and amazing. She is the main reason why my son's first birthday party turned out as wonderful as it did. It was truly a pleasure to work with her. Everyone who attended the party could not stop talking about the decorations and how great everything looked. She took a plain, boring, empty space and turned it into a birthday extravaganza for my little prince. I will only use Erika for all of my events bc there is no one like her. She it truly one of a kind.

The vision of my granddaughter's cake was done with a simple phone conversation two months before her birthday. When I received my cake (Spongebob jelly fields) it was not only beautiful but everyone invited had nothing but high remarks on how DELICIOUS it was. Erika was on time, professional which made the chaos of kids and parents invited easier to deal with cause the cake was a hit! It calmed everyone down and just enjoy this spectacular cake.
