Introduction: I am a seasoned professional executive chef looking for a full-time position.
I am a four-star and four-diamond award-winning chef, and I have been in the kitchen for more than 20 years. I also have been the director of food and beverage for three separate (resort casual) restaurants, including banquets, catering, restaurants, room service, multiple on premise, bars, beverage carts and golf course "grill at the turn" operations. I have had up to more than 60 people under my direction, and I am comfortable in all size operations.
I have advanced financial operations acumen, full P&L responsibility and riposte, budgeting, front and back of house training, manuals and inventory management.
I have chef and management experience in high-end progressive American, high-end regional Mexican, fine dining, resort casual and high volume. I have been a managing partner and am currently an operating partner in a restaurant, bar, and nightclub consulting business.
