- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I regularly take continuning education courses to update myself on the state of the law in the areas in which I practice.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I assist clients with obtaining relief from their debts either through the Bankruptcy Code or by seekings non-bankruptcy alternatives. I represent small businesses in formation, drafting of appropriate and necessary documents for the smooth operation of the business and in transition between owners or shutdown.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find an attorney who knows the bankruptcy code and makes consistent efforts to expand their knowledge. Don't automatically go with the cheapest attorney. Sometimes the statement - you get what you pay for - is true. Bring you papers with you for the consultation, it'll make things go more smoothly.
