I have over 35 years of professional experience working at all levels of the computer field. All work is guaranteed with flat rates for many jobs/tasks when you bring the system to me. Some flat fee basic services (just ask if you don't see it below): $20.00 - Diagnostic and analysis of system problems, with the diagnostic fee applied toward repairs or services. $25.00 - PC repair/tune-up, clean and check system, speed up a slow system, fix driver issues, startup and shutdown problems. $25.00 - Data recovery and transferring data from your old system to a new system, system setup, and password recovery. $35.00 - Personal training and documentation to help customers understand, maintain and better utilize their own systems (1st hour). $40.00 - Complete virus, spyware, adware (malware) removal with free utilities installed to help keep your system safe and fast. $50.00 - XP-Pro installation or re-installation, drivers, service packs, activation and validation with all the most recent XP updates. Hourly rates are ($45/hr) if I work on a system at your site/home and ($35/hr) if you bring your system to me. Note: Don't settle for the "cheap", quick and dirty virus removal services that do not actually remove all the viruses, spyware and malware from your system before you take it home.
