The foundation of EFA is our position-specific private, small group, and team skills training programs. These programs are designed for athletes and teams that want to take their skills to a higher level.
All programs focus on both the mental and physical development of the player. Training takes place at one of our three convenient Metro St. Louis locations.
Our customized programs focus on teaching the techniques and fundamentals players need to be successful in the game of football. All training programs are taught by EFAs 30+ expert position coaches, including 6 NFL veterans and 20+ major college veterans.
