- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to know each and everyone one of my customers personal needs so that I can provide the products and services that are specific to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed natural hairstylist. I am the daughter of a 36 year veteran of cosmetology so I grew up around the business. I have personally been doing hair for others since 1998.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Everytime you look for a stylist it can be a hit or miss. Make sure the pictures are accurate. Also, look for the person to have a website. Most professional stylist will have some type of online activity. Look for reviews on their website. There is no better advice you can get about a person than from other people who utilized their services before you. Most sites don't allow the owner of the site to post testimonials themselves so this is a great resource to look for.
