What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continually take courses on lynda.com; a website that teaches software, design and skills for folks in the creative business. Most recently I've taken courses on Magento, an online commerce web platform, WordPress, Google Analytics and creating web strategies. I also read a lot of news feeds and stay tuned on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Google +.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a graphic artist after design school, worked my way into the business and agency side, (specializing in biotech and health care,) then kept my skills up with the web aspect and eventually got my master's degree in strategic communications.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Strategic planning, blogging, writing and curating content, online marketing, social media marketing, social media and blog set up and providing analytics.
