Amazing Trainer! He will motivate you, encourage you and push you! Every exercise he gives has a purpose, he strategically plans workouts and best of all, TEACHES his clients about what they're doing and WHY! You're not only working out, you're learning about your body, fitness and nutrition, all at the same time!

I signed up for workouts to be emailed to me and it loved it. They were challenging and always different he knows a lot and is very helpful of you don't know an exercise he will send videos of how to do them. Best trainer I've had so far and it was just through emails probably would of been just as great if I worked with him each session . He also cares and always checks in to see how it going and how you are doing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into the fitness industry because I've always loved athletics and pushing my body past whatever limits may be present. Even when I was overweight, I was active... I just had zero concept of nutrition at the time. I love educating anyone who genuinely wants to learn.
