- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our payment terms include cash, money order, and credit/debit cards! We do not accept checks. Payment plans are available with a signed credit card authorization form. Services are rendered on an hourly basis and/or customized packages are also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A face to face consultation is scheduled. During this meeting we discuss your needs and expectations. We will also discuss specifics regarding your event like vendor selection, venue location, amongst other things. Generally, by the end of this meeting you will determine if Fairytales by Fatima® are the professionals to hire for your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified International Wedding & Event Professional. I have been planning weddings and events for the past 5 years. I absolutely love my craft. It took many years to discover the gift I was born with and I am so blessed to have the opportunity to serve amazing people!
