Jon saved me, I was so frustrated with my computer. I made a big mistake and downloaded an update. All my stuff disappeared. Soothed my nerves and did a wonderful job returning my computer to its per update condition with some added features. Unlike many "computer guys" Jon looks you in the eye and listens to what your saying....even when it is incoherent. He explains what happened and how he is fixing it; all without making you feel like a complete idiot. I know when I need advise, an intervention or computer maintenance/repair Jon will there to help.

needed basic cleanup of viruses/malware, Jon took care of all of that plus updated software. He offered great pointers on how to keep my macbook running clean and fast. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I will be using his services again in the future.
