Ujean was courteous, prompt and efficient. He had not anticipated the degree of the computer challenges (cleaning up major viruses) and the time that it would take but he would not leave until all the problems had been resolved and the viruses removed. Provided helpful counsel and assistance and asked questions and approvals before proceeding with work. I plan to use him in the future!
