Introduction: Welcome to the Field of Dreams (FOD) sports complex, a 46,000 square foot sports complex situated on Rt. 5 Schuyler/Utica NY. Field of Dreams Sports Complex, LLC is an indoor training center for softball, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, field hockey, football, and agility and speed performance work out. With our outdoor season being as limited as it is, the Field of Dreams gives athletic teams and athletes the ability enhance and maintain their athletic skills year round.
We, at Field of Dreams Sports Complex, are proud of the fact that we can offer such a huge variety of sports, from softball, baseball, lacrosse, soccer and football. We also manage a number of high-level leagues during the course of the year for lacrosse, soccer, football and baseball.

I have three boys ages 6, 8 and 10 years. Jason, the oldest has been involved in activities at FOD since he was around 4 years old and started indoor T-ball there. The other two boys have been coming to FOD pretty much since birth! When my boys use the word "coach", they mean Bob Cook. There have been many activities over the years that have come and gone. But to this day, if Coach Bob is offering something, they want to go. Why? It's not because baseball is their favorite sport. For two out of three of my sons, its not. They want to come to FOD because of Bob. Not only can he look at a kid and know exactly what needs to be done to improve their game, he approaches it in such a way that the child feels good about himself and has a blast while improving. I can't say enough about Coach Bob. He's a great guy, a great coach and a great role model. If you are looking to improve your child's baseball game, self esteem and love of sports, he's your guy and Field of Dreams is the place for you!

Field of Dreams Sports Complex is the absolute best indoor baseball training facility in Central New York. Bob Cook and his staff are top notch instructors, and great people too!

Field of Dreams is an athlete's dream. It allows children to grow athletically during those long winters. It's also a great learning environment for the inexperienced children.
