I'm currently a musician in the San Francisco Bay Area. I needed some single shots to promote me and my band and I contacted Lisa. Long story short, the shoot was super fun and she really to control of the shoot by giving me awesome direction in conjunction with her verbalizing what she was was trying to capture in that particular shot. Super professional, organized and reasonably priced. My fiance was also at my shoot and Lisa recommended that we take some shots together. She encouraged us to be natural and to just be "us" during the shoot. We had such an awesome time we're going back in April for a couples shoot! Additionally, when my fiance and I recently went to Hawaii to get married my fiance and I hired a photographer. As we went through photo shoot we booth kept on saying to each other, "This is not a Lisa type photo shoot. ....wish she was here shooting our most important day." We both realized how different the experience was and how awesome Lisa was compared to the guy who shot our wedding. I love working with Lisa and Merenda. They offer so much more then what you pay for. We appreciated their time, good natured atmosphere and professional demeanor each time we met up with them. My husband and I had heard many complimenting things about these two when it came to taking photos. I was in need of finding a photographer for my maternity photos with hopes of keeping them as our family photographers for future sessions. I definitely got that and more! I looked up their website/blog and really liked that they were diverse in what they captured in a photo. From the first meeting we had to discuss all the business aspects, to the actual sessions to the final product I can't thank them enough for making it so easy and stress free. I wouldn't consider my husband or myself very photogenic. The sessions we had together they managed to pull out the best photos from us. Our recent session with our now 1 year old son went so amazing! Not only was it the heat of the summer not working in my favor we had a hungry, tired and teething lit'l guy that had no problem letting us know how much he did not want to be taking family photos. The only thing I could think was "oh no, we're going to have to re-do these pics". Nope! Not the case at all! Lisa and Merenda miraculously snapped some moments where I didn't know where happening. They were precious and so intimate. Those two have to be the most patient photographers known out there. They always make us feel comfortable and at ease. We get lost in conversations and stories that it doesn't even feel like we're having our photos taken. They've earned our life long business hands down.

Lisa is amazingly talented and so great at what she does!! She did my sister's senior pictures and they ALL turned out amazing!! Then she did a shot for me and MY family and I could NOT be any happier with how they turned out! They are artistic and have such an amazing personal touch!! Thank you Lisa for your hard work!

Amazing Pics! Lisas artistic eye is a delight. Her photos always turn out beautifully showing her depth as an artist and photographer. Lisas sense of colors, lines, shadows, angles, depth, and much more blend well with her ability to capture the spirit of the moment. Im always impressed with how easy she is to work with and how extremely versatile her abilities are. Lisas pictures of my dance classes are magical! She is a genius!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Session and Print Fees Portrait Session * $275 (w/ no print commitment) investing in 'just the experience' and $125 (w/ a minimum $100 print commitment) non-refundable session fee, due prior to the session, secures your 2 hour personalized session with the photographer within the Fair Oaks/Sacramento area at a favorite location of your choice, in the comfort of your own home or within the studio. A personalized gallery will be established online with up to 30-40 digitally enhanced select images to view). Our studio will add 10 personalized BLL business cards with your images on them with your print order. Up to 10-12 images will be posted and tagged on our studio's Fan Page on Facebook for sharing with the Studio's watermark. Please help to protect your images and the Studio's artistry by maintaining and not cropping out the over laid watermark. Hair stylist and/or makeup artist available on location (for an additional fee) for that added edge to your individualized session. Inquire about availability. Prior to your session we will meet with you for a brief consultation to personalize your portrait experience. Images will be available to view from which to make your portrait selection from two weeks after the shoot. Prints are not included in the session fee. Session fee covers photographer(s) time, retouching and artistic editing, establishment of a gallery for viewing of the images two weeks after the shoot. Our gallery of images will be available online for viewing for you and your family and friends to order for a period of four weeks. The gallery will then be archived. A $25.00 restoration fee will be charged to reload the gallery for viewing online once it has been archived. EXTENDED PORTRAIT SESSION * $475 (w/ no print commitment) $325 (w/ minimum $100 print commitment) to extend your session and combine both your studio AND outdoor experience to a five hour session. Image Al La Carte Pricing * 4x6 $ 7.50 5x7 $ 15.00 8x10 $ 30.00 11x14 $ 50.00 8 wallets $ 20.00 $ 30.00 minimum order. All images are printed on Kodak Endura Professional Paper through our professional labs. California State Sales Tax of 8% will be added to all print orders At this time BLL Studio DOES NOT offer high resolution images on disc of the sessions. Due to the time invested into processing each image and their artistic presentation, images are only available as prints and products through our professional print presses. Images also can be printed as greeting and note cards, in customized albums, as framed prints, image folios, gallery wraps, float wraps, stand outs, magnets, bookmarks, stickers, accordian mini albums, customized announcements, prints within a customized image box with your images on them, on fine art canvas.....the possibilities are endless. Ask us about the many creative ways we can bring your artistic imagery alive through our available products. BLL Studio also offers images from the session as a customized slideshow with music on DVD in a customized DVD Case for $60.00 with a minimum $100 print fulfillment.
