Galina did an excellent job with our engagement and wedding photos. We had so much fun during our engagement session--we were just acting natural, doing our usual things, and yet she was able to capture many nice shots of us with picturesque backgrounds. During the wedding it was amazing how she caught our expressions and those precious moments. She was especially energized and inspired by artistic or new ideas; she took over 850 photos on our wedding day! She works efficiently and I love her artistic composition and vivid colors. She knows how to do dramatic effect to highlight certain expression and portray certain feelings and mood. One of her strength is also to use natural light and how to play with light versus shadow--One amazing picture was capturing my spinning in my pleated skirt and you can see the image popping out like 3D just with natural light. So she is good at capturing motion as well. While my favorite work of Galina are portraits, she also has very artistic taste in capturing still life and she is very good at using digital arts to enhance that. For instance, she took close up shots of our wedding rings and we used that image as the cover page of our wedding programs. Her style of work sometimes looks quite commercial; it made me feel like I am a model in some advertisements. Besides an artistic photographer, Galina is also good at hairstyling. I would highly recommend her if you look for a photographer for any occasions.

Galina was very patient with us and took the time to understand what shots we absolutely wanted. We had a very long day at two different locations and she was ontime and professional. She was also very warm and accommodating during the events ; working politely with the guests for shots they requested while not being the way of anyone.

Galina is very personable and engages you immediately into the shooting. If you give her your specifications of what you want she will definitely cover those and add great suggestions from her professional perspective on top of that. The editing of the pictures has also been great and I am overall very satisfied with the experience! I would definitely work with Galina again!
