- How did you get started doing this type of work?
13 years ago I was 25 pounds over weight, smoked 3 packs a day, blood pressure and cholesterol extremely high. I started working out read a lot of books on weight lose and I believe I've tried every diet out there to only fail. What worked for me was just going back to the basics of exercise and nutrition. I knew my struggles and I wanted to help people achieve the same results that I have with out failing and without wasting a ton of money on programs that don't work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone that takes the time to get to know you and your fitness needs. Not what they think you need, avoid those with cookie cutter programs. You are special and unique find someone that understands that.
