Introduction: I believe in achieving a strong foundation before going to advanced techniques. Fitness training is like learning an instrument; on an instrument you must learn your scales before you can learn songs, with training you have to develop your flexibility, balance and conditioning before you can gain strength and power. Many trainers skip steps so they can show of fancy exercises, my clients stay because they see results and enjoy the process. I love seeing someone start from scratch and achieve fantastic results. I also have alot of fun getting to know my clients and building those relationships.

    You have to trust your personal trainer's knowlege, as well on a personal level. Come in for your first free session and you'll know by the end if I'm the right one for you!

    I hope that they can see how passionate I am about the work that I do, and that I work every day to try to improve the service that I provide. I want every one of my clients to be happy with the service they have received so that they refer me to friends and family.
