Introduction: My training style works because its the same principles that I use to train myself. We will be doing a fast pace lifting program that builds muscle but is quick enough to have that cardio factor to burn fat. This technique has enabled me to stay 5-6% body-fat year round while gaining lean muscle. I absolutely love training and helping people in the gym. When they see a new muscle popping out and that scale change I'm probably more excited then the client is. I enjoy my hour with the client and developing a friendship that truly makes me want to help them get in the best shape of their life.

I have been working with Tyler now fora little over a month. Every session I'm lifting more than the last. I am achieving the goals that I told Tyler I had. I am very pleased with the experience so far to date. I would recommend Tyler to all my friends.

Tyler makes me work (b*tch) and we've seen results within 2 weeks. Sessions are intense but you feel oh so good afterward.

Tyler is a great trainer to work with. He varies training routines every week to make training more entertaining and to reach every different part of muscles. I have been working for 5 weeks, and I see my shoulders widen, arms thicken, and jeans tighten. I understand personal training can be a little pricey for college students like me, but it really makes a difference working out with an expert like Tyler!
