- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Project estimates are "educated guesses" at best, but generally accurate. Most do not include costs of any wire, mounts, wallplates or additional materials necessary to complete project. We can provide pricing of any of these items, once we know we will be using them in the project. Discounts available for seniors and military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A walk thru may be the best "first step". We can physically "see" the project and answer potential questions before we start actual work. Simple jobs may not require this phase, but it is a good idea on most of the jobs we do. The second step is to order any equipment we may need to complete the task. Some things are ordered from out of town, so we get them on their way ASAP sand then we can schedule for the actual job to be done. The final step is installation and tutorial for the client to see how the new gear works. We are available via text and or phone to give you future help on how to work your new equipment.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds. Most people dont want to know all of the details on their new gear, while others want to know everything! We are prepared to help both types.
