Introduction: I am a certified Iyengar yoga teacher and certified yoga kids teacher. I teach privates, groups, and families. I have developed a keen eye for the needs of individual students and am able to guide people of all ages and physical conditions through the yoga experience to perform the poses without risks.
My consistent goal is to make the poses both accessible and successful to both the young and old. My students enjoy my quick wit and playful manner to create a powerful experience, which relieves the stresses of modern day life and promote total physical and spiritual well-being.
