Introduction
I tailor every work out program to the individual client. No two are the same. The first three sessions are spent observing and analyzing the client. Then I work directly with the client to put together a program they are comfortable with. The results. I like to see someone succeed at something that has held them back, which is usually what happens in fitness programs.
