- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing all the depends on the client and what their needs are. It all depends on the type of food, number of servers, whether they need linen, tables, china the list goes on and on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually do a lot of reading, web searching and go out to new and trendy restaurants.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
For as long as I can remember, I have always enjoyed cooking. During high school I started working as a busboy for the JW's at the Marriott Hotel. When I saw the kind of food that was coming out of that kitchen, I fell in love and begged my G.M. to transfer me to the kitchen and I have never looked back since.
