- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Training Session Packages are $650. Each Package consists of 10 Sessions. When meeting with a new client I do a Full Assessment which entails: Body Fat Analysis. BMI. Body Weight. Blood Pressure. Body Measurements. After the Assessment we do a light workout to assess the client's strengths and weaknesses and what areas we should be focusing on. The client pays for the Package when we do the Assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I'm working on another Pre/Postnatal certification to ad to my repertoire of certifications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was into fitness from the age of 6, namely running and road biking. As I grew older included weight lifting/body building. It was a no-brainer for me to enter the fitness industry.
