We offer residential real estate services. Novanlord Realty is not your typical real estate brokerage. We differentiate ourselves in a number of ways; all ways that benefit you, the client, above and beyond all else. We offer free interior design to buyers!
1) We are small. We do not have hundreds of thousands of agents around the world. We do not have a staff of hundreds per branch. We are a small boutique real estate brokerage, and this benefits you greatly with personalized attention. With Novanlord Realty, our credo is to make each client feel as if they are our only client. With each listing, you will receive your agent's personal cell phone number, email address, and business contact information.
2) Marketing experts. Marketing is essential to a successful sale of real estate. However, marketing is more than simply printing a few flyers, placing ads, and putting a sign in the yard. Novanlord Realty will devise an entire marketing and promotion plan for each property that is listed with our brokerage the same way a CEO would market their corporation. We approach marketing your listing.
3) We're not one of the big brokers. Using one of the big box brokerages does not benefit you as a client. It benefits the large brokerages with more revenue but their brand recognition is not something that benefits one seller/buyer over another. Real estate brokerages all have access to the exact same information. Also, the name of the brokerage means nothing to the buyer if you're selling, and as a seller, does not benefit you any more than a brokerage that is focused on local markets only.
3) Dallas experts. We know the markets and neighborhoods and their pros/cons, statistics, and more. When selling or purchasing with Novanlord, you will do so as an informed client which empowers you to get the best deal and most appreciation.
4) Education. All of our agents are required to complete signifacantly more real estate education than is required by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
