Heather created a series of illustrations for use in a card game for me. She drew up all the character concepts and drew/painted them from start to finish. She was active in soliciting my input and feedback throughout the process and I always felt that I remained connected to what was happening. Her background art and use of perspective in many of the designs has been especially impressive.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to attend life drawing sessions and workshops at The Art Institute of Phoenix to continually improve my drawing skills. I take tutorials improving my knowledge of current programs I use but to also learn new programs I've never used before.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Honestly, I just wanted to be happy and have more time to enjoy life and family.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you're being quoted a price make sure you have all the details of what that price includes. Concept work, production, editing? For example if you need concepts; how many do you get and how many revisions can you make?
