I've been Jason's trainee for over a year. I started at 36% body fat and weighing 205 pounds. Working with him I've gotten to 5.4% body fat (professionally tested) and 140 pounds. This sounds dramatic but he's literally CHANGED MY LIFE.

Jason has been my trainer for the past two years and is truly amazing. I hate working out, but with Jason's help and motivation I was able to drop close to 50 lbs in our first year together. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer who will be dedicated to helping them achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.

Jason is an amazing trainer. He is so good at what he does and is VERY attentive. I've had other trainers that just stand there and count and not even watch what I'm doing but not Jason. He is big on safety and always makes sure you're doing the workouts in correct alignment (super important!). He's really nice and funny too, which is a plus! Highly recommend training with him.
