- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing should be transparent without any surprises when the bill is tabulated. All clients, new and established, get a thorough consultation to ensure we are all on the same page. By consistently using this open approach we avoid confrontations and unhappy clients. When a client wants a full head of of highlights or a keratin treatment or any other major service, they know what they are asking for... we just like to be sure. Any salon that will quote a price sight unseen for a major color job does not have your best interest at heart. At Guys & Dolls we wont play 'Price is Right' with anyone over the phone.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
While no two jobs are identical, we pride ourselves in the quality of a men's haircut as well as a full head of buttery, blond highlights. We do touch-ups and can match any color perfectly as well as a major color correction when you dont ever want to be reminded of what was there previously. Each of our staff memebers puts thier own unique spin on every job and it is not uncommon to have a 2 week wait before you can get in - while we wish we could accomodate everyone when they want, we strongly recommend appointments to be sure. We have MANY clinets who book standing appointments for a year - our state of the art software allows this and will always send a reminder email the day before your scheduled appointment.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a salon who is a member of the Better Busniess Bureau (like us) and go online to google, citysearch.com, yahoo and yelp and see what oour clinets are saying... se why we are ranked #1 on most search engines.
