Working with Evan has given my family a very special relationship with our bullmastiff, Mac. Although he is 135 lbs, he is so well behaved and obedient that we are completely comfortable taking him anywhere. In fact, we only bother to put a leash on him so strangers don't freak out when they see him. Evan taught us how to handle busy roads, large crowds, and other people's untrained dogs. He covered every scenario that can be stressful for a dog owner. Thanks to him controlling our dog is essentially effortless. He is completely gentle with my two year old, but still protective of our home and family without being dangerous. I can not speak highly enough of Evan's services. Worth every penny and then some!

After I started training with Evan, life with my Boxer became much more enjoyable. From the beginning, my puppy refused to acknowledge the word no. But once we started training with Evan that changed. In just a few months, he became a different dog. Hes still full of personality, but is now eager to follow commands and is willing to accept corrections. My Boxer and I are proof that Evans philosophy of positive reinforcement, repetition, consistency, leadership and clear communication get results. When my Boxer was about six months old, I added a young German Shepherd, to the family. While she came to me with basic obedience training, Evan taught me that managing two large dogs isnt as hard as it might seem. I learned how to work both of them together, walk them together and more importantly, handle them with confidence. Whatever your training goals, I highly recommend Full Contact K9. Evan clearly has a passion for his work. In dog training, like most other things, you get what you pay for. Evan offers a unique combination of professional experience, a proven track record, knowledge and commitment that you won't find with anyone else.

I can't say enough good things about Evan and his dog obedience training. He helped shape Holly (our Dutch Shepherd mix) into an awesome dog. In the beginning, I had no control of my dog. When taking her in public she would pull, bark, act all crazy and I would often wonder what I got myself into with this dog. Evan was amazing! Within a matter of weeks of obedience training I could take her wherever I wanted regardless of how many people or pets were there. She listens to my instruction now where at one point I seriously thought she must be deaf or something. I truly have an enjoyable dog now. Without hesitation I can highly recommend Full Contact K9.

Before working with Evan my dog, Turner, was very skittish and scared around people. This was due to his abandonment from his previous owner. Evan helped to instill confidence and good behavior in Turner. It has been a complete 180, Turner now looks for every opportunity he can get to be with people. I recommend the basic obedient training to anyone who has a young dog.
