- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is for monthly service (1,2, or 3 hours/week) rather than session packages and it includes all gym fees at the locations I currently contract with as a trainer. 1 price for everything paid at the first of the month to keep it simple for my clients. There are no cancellation fees, though service does not roll over to the next month if not used. I do discount for 3 and 6 month contracts. Monthly $960 (3xweek) $720 (2xweek) $400 (1xweek)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read research papers daily on all aspects of health, fitness, nutrition, supplementation, medications, and medical practices.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been taking care of other people's health needs since I was 14 as a student athletic trainer. By the time I was 18 I was doing full scale rehab programs and training other trainers on how to assess people and write training programs. I have never done anything else.
