I personally have over 40 years of experience as a travel agent and really love helping each client create an unforgettable vacation experience! I check phone messages after hours and on weekends to help my clients that are not able to call during business hours. My staff & I have been able to travel all over the world and really enjoy sharing our adventures with others. Michael planned our family trip to Mexico. We had an amazing time! He suggested the Iberostar Pariso Del mar and then managed to get us 5 rooms together. We kept changing dates and the number of people going but he was patient and quick to take care of all the changes that we kept asking for. Thanks for all your help.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associated degree in Travel & Transportation Business from Parks Junior College, Denver CO. My staff & I also continually take classes, seminars and receive publications on destinations plus meet with tour operators to learn more about the different offers for our clients.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to travel and have been since I was born. I want to share my experiences with everyone. Seeing the world is your best education and everyone deserves a break from everyday life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have booked singles, family vacations, couples, destination weddings, honeymoons and groups up to 750 people from around the world.
