I used Travel Detailing for an upcoming RCI Med cruise. Was a pleasure dealing with Judi, she answered all my questions and was extremey knowledge about the cruise line and helping me get the cabins I was looking for. Very professional and organized.

I have known Ms. Lazoff for approximately 8 years. During that time she has booked cruises at least 6 cruises for me and my family. I would not have anyone else plan my vacations. Judi is professional in every sense of the word. Her response time to any inquiry is always within 24 hours and usually within 1 or 2. Furthermore, she ALWAYS finds incredible deals that I am unable to find when checking on my own. Perhaps one of the best attributes of Judi and Travel Detail is the service one gets AFTER booking. Judi follows up to see if there are upgrades available before the vacations and always follows up afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly. In short, the clients best interests are her prime concern. I have recommended her services to several friends and I have never heard one negative response. Aside from the cruise bookings, Judi is a full service agent and has an incredible amount of knowledge regarding land packages. My experience has been with Europe and the Caribbean and I have never had anything to complain about. I would never consider entrusting my vacation travels with anyone else.

My wife and I have been customers of Traveling Detailing since 2004. Judi and her staff provide superb service and support for all of my cruising adventures. My wife and I have booked over ten cruises to include a large family trip and every detail has been taken care of perfectly by Travel Detailing. We currently have three cruises booked with Judy in 2012 to include two Trans Atlantics. If you want a real cruise professional, look no further than Travel Detailing.

I used Travel Detailing to book a cruise with a small group of friends. Judi was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the actual ship we were sailing on as well as the various islands. Booking and payment through Judi was very simple and uncomplicated even though we were using multiple credit cards to purchase. Judi is very quick to respond to all questions/requests as I ALWAYS have many questions and worries. Judi also gave me GREAT advice on places to visit on her favorite island. I will be using Judi going forward for all of my cruises! She is truly an excellent agent and I trust in her ability to make a vacation excellent!

I cruise on the average of 60 days per year. I found Judi at Travel Detailing through Cruisecompete.com several years ago. I immediately realized that this agent was very knowledgible and professional. I have booked many cruises with them since and have found that Judi will go above and beyond what your average travel professional will do for you. She will check for a certain cabin category to open up for you on a daily basis. Knowing my preferences, she will alert me to specials that she knows I would be interested in. All in all, dealing with Travel Detailing has been a very rewarding experience.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for an agent who has actual 'real world' experience .. not one who just sits behind a desk without exploring what they sell! Travel Detailing doesn't make random recommendations - if we wouldn't do it, we don't sell it! It's also really important to get back with our clients as quickly as possible - if they email us, or leave usa voice mail ..Travel Detailing doesn't say we'll get back with in a few days! WE make it a few hours, or better yet, a few minutes! Travel Detailing realizes that you, the consumer, has a lot of choices in travel providers today, and we need to give YOU a reason to come back to US time and time again!
