- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $120, but we always provide a custom estimate for every project that we stick to, even if the project ends up taking more hours to complete than we originally anticipated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is extremely important for everything we do. Web design, development, and internet marketing are fast-changing fields. Our entire staff takes continuing education very seriously. Some examples; - We actively subscribe to relevant blogs to learn the latest techniques and industry news. - We subscribe to Lynda Online Training to receive in-depth video training on all aspects of our work. - We attend conferences and events to learn more, network with other professionals, and improve our skills. - We actively engage in social media platforms so that we can stay on the cutting edge.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started the company when we were seniors in high school. At that young age we were fascinated with technology and so we decided to run a business on nights and weekends while we went through college.
