I have been a student of Lou Villanova over the past year and am very pleased his teaching style and my progress! Lou instructs a variety of music including classical, blues, rock and others. He plans each lesson and has a structured approach that is tailored to the individual’s playing ability and goals. He focuses not only on advancing your technical skills but also emphasizes playing with rhythm and style. Whether you are new to the guitar or have been playing for years, I highly recommend that you contact Lou to schedule your first lesson. He is an accomplished guitarist with many years of experience and I promise you will be glad you did!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Help them to discover the music within themselves! I teach my students to be well rounded proficient musicians! I take baby steps with students who require extra attention and challenge my most accomplished student with a library of over 50,000 songs!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the guitar teacher has more than 10 students and that they have been with the teacher for at least a year.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Every new student generally sighs a bit of relief to finally find someone who is patient, knowledgeable, and isn't just focused on how well they play, but how to get the student to play well. I have enough video's to prove I can play so no worries that my focus is on you the student. I am available 30 hours a week and have over dozen students most of which have been with me an average of a year! I am very good with beginners, children as well as senior citizens.
