- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing for my clients who come to the salon. And I also have some travel prices listed on my Styleseat . Anything not listed on there you are inquiring about feel free to give me a call .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know as much as possible about new clients prior to the service so that I can better accommodate them how ever it's not a necessity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've went to 3 different beauty schools where I've learned about and trained on different textures of hair . I graduated from Empire Beauty School . And also have over 4 years of Beauty consulting under my belt so I am trained and experience with different cosmetics lines, , skin tones and skin types .
