- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After 20 plus years in sales and marketing in large fortune 500 companies I wanted to get closer to the community and off of the planes. Gogiro allows me to work with local Rhode Island companies.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go with an online marketing professional , not just a web designer. make sure that he/she will host and mange your site not just at launch , but on a monthly basis.Hire someone that will join your social media sites and manage them through your website.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Websites that were built 2 to 3 years ago when the search engine rules were different, may no longer be appropriate or get the same results today. Google and the rest of the engines are constantly changing the game. Having someone on your team that knows the changes and keeps up with them is important.
