Golden Sol

Introduction: I am a kundalini and ayurvedic asana yoga teacher, ayurvedic wellness counselor, shaman, energy practitioner, and massage therapist. I have over 12 years of experience in the healing arts and bring all my tools to share with students and clients. I customize all my sessions based on the needs of the client. It is my belief that in making time to nurture the mind, body, and spirit connection one can obtain a deep sense of wholeness. I use yogic, ayurvedic, and earth based teachings to educate clients on how to be in rhythm with nature and work towards balance and better health. I am owner of Golden Sol Yoga and Wellness Center where I also teach regular classes and facilitate volunteer outreach programs to the Downtown Women's Center. She provides regular yoga classes, healing breath circles, and workshops on various topics at Golden Sol.
