- I signup for cooking classes on different cuisines to expand my knowledge and skills - I periodically attend the Annual United State Personal Chef Association Conference
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was transitioning out of a 22+ year corporate job. I always loved cooking and had catered events for friends. I had a friend who came into work and raved about the great food her personal chef cooked for her. This was my introduction to the profession. After much research and informational interviews, I enrolled into the Culinary Business Academy and the rest is history.

1. Prepare a Chef's choice weekly meal delivery service. 2. In-home personal chef meals prepared 3. Catering events for between 25-100 guest 4. Cooking classes (custom available) 5. In-home dinner parties (personal or business)
