Always look for caterer with a kitchen that's open 24/7. That way, you'll be assured of fresh dishes and ingredients, even for those early morning breakfasts. And, of course, be sure to review menus, both standard menus (like we have on on our site), and ask for recent menus and examples of relevant, successful events.
