Grant's Music Group

Introduction: I offer group and private guitar lessons. I am an experienced professional, great with kids and adults of all ages. I have a BA at the Manhattan School of Music in Concert Guitar and Composition. I went to MS and NYU for my early childhood and elementary education. I teach all styles: rock, pop, hip-hop, jazz, and classical. I give lessons in composition as well. I am based in New York City. I apply a patient, enthusiastic approach with emphasis on songs and styles of students' choosing. Private and group lessons are given as a member of the faculty at numerous schools over the years. I offer quality instruction based in experience, both as teacher and performer. I cover the gamut from performances at CBGB's, Max's Kansas City, jazz clubs, Weill Recital Hall (part of Carnegie Hall), La Mama (show's musical director), recording, production, etc.
