What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our design programs and rates are structured on the size of the company, the number of people involved in the interview process and the parameters of the new identity (logo) launch. Because we are small, we do not have the large fees found in most agencies. We're not a cheap & quick logo resource: the face of your business is too important and we treat it's creation with professionalism and creative care!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have 3 phases to help identify what makes your brand unique in order to create a relevant, dynamic logo that has simplicity and sophistication. Define: Our brand discovery process interview has different levels of research you choose based on your needs. Design: Our design process involves 3 steps and provides unlimited revisions to make sure you love it! Align: The align phase provides you with all you need to keep your professional brand identity consistent and sharp for years to come!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 35 years in the industry and serving customers in our business since 1993. Your designs are not created by a junior designer. Bill, our senior art director creates custom, iconic designs based on your brand discovery and our team collaboration to uncover unique concepts for your identity.
