- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most criminal defense cases are generally performed on a flat-fee for services agreement (one all-inclusive fee). Family cases are billed on a per hour basis. Personal Injury cases are usually performed on a contingent fee for services agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our attorneys participate in regular Continuing Legal Education seminars (CLEs). Additionally, we have an attorney who serves as an adjunct faculty member at Clark College.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
