I do everything, from ceiling fans and light fixtures to full-service electrical to building and repairing fence ($7.25 - negotiable), liner foot, decks, porches, carports, sheds, additions, carpentry, molding, trim, siding, and more. Gutters - installation, repair, and cleaning for $1.75/linear ft. with down spouts for $2.25/foot. Honey-do list - I charge $55 per hour. I do installation of locks, doors, blinds, curtains, weather stripping, smoke detectors, hanging pictures and mirrors, appliances, and hardware. Ceiling Popcorn removal is for $0.97/per sq. ft. and includes floating, drywall installation, and repairs for a minimum of $55 per hour and full sheets at $25 per sheet. We provide move-out, make-ready services and pressure washing (negotiable). We also work on tiles for $2.25/sq ft.
