Roland and Grace Guillot would like to express to you our many thanks and gratitude for your major contributions for making our 35th wedding anniversary an unforgettable and the best celebration yet. Our visit to the Hawaiian Islands was our very first and your Chef Services were also our very first experience. Your Chef Services were prompt, efficient, timely and courteous and we found you to be extremely organized with several e-mails and telephone calls to advise us on menus available and confirmation of our wedding anniversary appointment on Saturday evening on June 11, 2011. It was a pleasure to personally meet you at our resort accommodations. We don’t know why, but we expected you to be a typical, robust chef with white hat and uniform like we’ve seen on T.V., banquets and other restaurants. Upon meeting you in person, we were pleasantly surprised of your youthful appearance and movie star handsomeness. It was a very joyful experience to watch you work for us in our celebration. The meal you prepared for us was to die for!! We loved and enjoyed each course on our choice of menu. The Island Pulled Port Nachos, Caprese Salad, Prosciutto Wrapped Beef Tenderloin with roasted yellow potatoes and Chocolate Fallen Cake created one of the best meals of our lifetime. The taste was delicious and unforgettable!! Your menu price was reasonable for the exceptional service!! If we are lucky enough to return to Hawaii, we will absolutely use Chef Rio Services again and we highly recommend you to all our friends and relatives. We give Rio Chef Services a 5 Star Rating!! Chef Rio prepared an extraordinarily delicious birthday dinner for me and my family. He combined local produce and other local ingredients for an authentic take on some of our personal favorites: pre-dinner nachos, succulently seared steaks and, my favorite, a double-chocolate cake for dessert. I couldn't have asked for better food, friendlier service or a more gracious chef.

We recently visited the Big Island. One of the highlights was having a dinner prepared for us by Chef Rio. The food was wonderful, very tasty and creative. Enjoyed learning about his career in the food arena.
