- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is what is quoted in a formal proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a 1/2 hour phone consultation with the client if in the US, and by Skype with international companies. We'll do a needs assessment to get a better idea of what they clients goals and objectives, timeframes and client expectations.
