Introduction: Healthy Mind, Healthy Body is a private coaching, personal training, and counseling practice that aims to give clients an overall sense of health, wellness, and happiness from head-to-toe. My name is Caitlin Langan, and I'm a PA licensed marriage and family therapist and certified personal trainer. I developed my practice when I saw just how many people were plagued by unhealthy patterns, both physical and mental, in their every day lives. More often than not, our "behavioral and emotional" fitness is overlooked. This, undoubtedly, can lead to roadblocks, mental hurdles, or emotional struggles as people try to find a true sense of wellness. My goal is to be not only your trainer, but your life coach to help you find health and happiness, from your mind to your body! My clients include a range of ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, from youth who could benefit from an exercise program to help them gain confidence and self-esteem, to life-long yo-yo dieters who are looking to make permanent changes. I also do lifestyle assessment, stress-reduction services, and private counseling for people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or relationship issues. Best of all, I can do this all in the comforts of your own home or any gym you have access to, as well as in my studio space in Roxborough! I look forward to helping you reach your wellness goals!

Caitlin comes to my home to provide personal training for my 8 year old daughter. She has been coming every week for about 6 months. She is always on time! And she has never had to cancel a scheduled session. Her work with my daughter is just fantastic. She is energetic, fun, encouraging AND; totally hip and cool. My daughter loves to exercise with her and share stories about her life with her. Her self- esteem and confidence has sky rocketed since working with Caitlin. I have been working with Caitlin for only a couple months and have already seen and felt a difference! She comes to my house usually for an hour on the weekends and a half hour during the week. She will also email me workouts, diet suggestions, and just to give me motivation during the week when I'm on my own. Although I'm trying to lose weight, I also started seeing Caitlin to start feeling healthier and have more energy, both of which have happened in the past couple of months. I would definitely hire Caitlin, especially if your looking for even more than just losing weight, she's awesome!
