Introduction: Healthy Mind, Healthy Body is a private coaching, personal training, and counseling practice that aims to give clients an overall sense of health, wellness, and happiness from head-to-toe. My name is Caitlin Langan, and I'm a PA licensed marriage and family therapist and certified personal trainer.
I developed my practice when I saw just how many people were plagued by unhealthy patterns, both physical and mental, in their every day lives. More often than not, our "behavioral and emotional" fitness is overlooked. This, undoubtedly, can lead to roadblocks, mental hurdles, or emotional struggles as people try to find a true sense of wellness.
My goal is to be not only your trainer, but your life coach to help you find health and happiness, from your mind to your body! My clients include a range of ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, from youth who could benefit from an exercise program to help them gain confidence and self-esteem, to life-long yo-yo dieters who are looking to make permanent changes. I also do lifestyle assessment, stress-reduction services, and private counseling for people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or relationship issues.
