Moving is stressful. Having to sell is also stressful. Find someone that is upbeat and enthusiastic in wanting the home to sell quick. This energy goes a long way toward becoming reality. Also, check out portfolios to verify the work really belongs to the stager you are considering to hire. Don't forget to check out references. A quality home stager should have multiple people in many fields that can speak to their quality work. Also, take the time to see if your home stager is rated by the Better Business Bureau, RESA (The Real Estate Staging Assoc.) and is licensed and insured.
