Also if the conditioner is not properly rinsed out and issue of rapid re soiling will occur! 4. ) do they allow proper dwell time for chemicals? All pre-conditioners must be agitated very well into the carpet and allowed at least 15 minutes dwell time in order for the chemicals to break down all the soils and dirt.
