Whether you are buying or selling a home or reducing your buildings energy costs you should always incorporate the services of a home inspector that is certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. That is why I have worked hard to become a member of InterNACHI and I promise to provide you with excellent service. I usually begin the inspection about 2 hours before you, the buyer, arrive to document the property. At this point, we will review the pictures taken during the inspection on a computer and walk you through room by room and answer any questions you may have. From experience, this is by far the best way to give you the home inspection report along with being able to provide full attention to all of your questions about the property. To my knowledge Certified Inspection Agency is the only home inspection company on Kauai offering this service. The feedback from my clients and realtors has been very positive!
