- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs are re-painting occupied and unoccupied residential and commercial sites with minor renovations. We also work with management companies, investors and real estate agents in helping them transform foreclosed houses into homes.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
All of my Jobs I am proud of, because if I'm not proud of it, The job isn't done!!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To take notes either written or by memorization. How long it takes for the initial return call. How soon they are able to provide a quote. How long a company has been in business. Is the company insured. If the company has good follow-up and does what they say they are going to do. All in a timely manner.
