I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MICHELLE JACKSON AND HOT OFF THE RACKS CATERING!! Hot Off the Racks Catering and Michelle Jackson are OUTSTANDING and great to work with!! Michelle has catered a personal Christmas Party of mine, and she was the standing caterer for my fraternal organization for more than 5 years. She's catered parties, funeral repasts, and meal functions following meetings of more than 75 people (up to approx. 100 with our groups). Michelle has been GREAT at menu selection, and providing options so that we did not always have the same thing. She is EXTREMELY TIMELY, and her team's customer service is unsurpassed. On MORE than one occasion, she extended her services when we undercounted our numbers. AND THE FOOD IS FANTASTIC. We frequently have been complemented on the caterer and the quality of food and there are ALWAYS REQUESTS to take food home and to come back for seconds!! Michelle's prices are extremely reasonable and competitive, and BECAUSE of her attention to customer service, she is willing to WORK with you (within reason) to ensure a quality meal, excellent and timely service and ALWAYS SERVICE WITH A SMILE. I'm an experienced meeting and event planner, and even though I volunteer my services at Church, I expect the highest level of professionalism from any vendor we use. Chef Jackson has been the caterer for several events at our Church, and if you are looking for delicious, plentiful food at a reasonable price - look no further than Hot Off the Racks Catering. She and her staff are pros and provide what they promise. They arrive in plenty of time, set up, and are ready to serve when you say so. They are friendly, courteous, and efficient. Once service is over, they clear away and everything is back in place. I enjoy working with her and fully endorse her and her catering company. The only complaint is that the food is so good, there weren't any leftovers for me to take a doggie bag home:)

Chicago Crossroads Corvette Club has use this service many times for our affairs, and as usal Hot Off the Racks Catering has been outstanding. I personal have also use this service for the wife and myself for personal affairs. Outstanding servives. (Thanks)

I'll take a class here and there just to see what's new and I subscribe to a lot of cooking magazines and have joined a few networks
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I would always make pans of food for different parties and when guests at the parties started placing orders, I knew I was on to something.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I set up a lot of Buffets and Picnics.
