I come from a large family and my mother taught me to cook from the time I could handle a frying pan.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Family events, holiday dinners. Dinners for work associates, cooking classes. Romantic Dinners. Special diet's are no problem.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just prepared food for 75 people for a company party. Everyone was thrilled at the selection, quality, taste and variety of the foods and I was able to do it for a fraction of what it would have cost to host the event in a restaurant.
